Our team is led by Mohammad Nasiruddin, P.Eng. who has over 45 years of consulting experience and was designated by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as a "Specialist in the class of Construction Materials". His expertise includes Quality Verification Engineering, geotechnical and geo-environmental consulting, construction materials testing and engineering (e.g. soil, concrete, asphalt), construction inspection/certifications, Environmental Site Assessment and Building Science. He has been involved with more than 5,000 projects for a variety of clients ranging from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) to various Municipalities to private developers.

In addition to Mohammad Nasiruddin, P.Eng., our clients also benefit from the experience and capabilities of Shakeel Nasiruddin, P.Eng. and Mohammad Ilyas Siddiqui, P.Eng. These NEL personnel lead a team of skilled technicians and inspectors and have provided their services for numerous civil infrastructure projects throughout Ontario, the United States and the Middle East. Through these personnel, NEL also brings Construction Administration and Design capabilities to the table.

Furthermore, to fully service all your consultancy needs, NEL is able to facilitate delivery of complementary services such as architecture, structural engineering, etc. through a project management role. This is accomplished through NEL's extensive industry contacts and affiliations.
